We have in place a remote workplace environment allowing communications and business processes to be managed outside of a formal office setting. We are committed to ensuring there is minimal disruption to our clients and the services we provide to you.
Please continue to use our support and sales services should you need to call on them. We are engaged with all our manufacturers to ensure support matters are dealt with and equipment reaches those that need it.
If you have a remote working solution with Net-Ctrl, including Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Gemalto/Thales and Pulse Secure, and you’re unsure of the remote working capabilities, please contact your Account Manager who will be able to assist. In some instances these providers are offering free services during this period – so again, contact your Account Manager who can advise you on the specifics.
In addition, if you currently don’t have a remote working solution in place and are in need of assistance, we are well placed to assist you.
Stock for solutions are still slowly coming into the UK, so while there may be some shortages, we are confident that whilst working with our distribution partners and manufacturers we can minimise the disruption.
